The temporary overpaintings of the mirrors — designed by Robert Maria Stieg for Café Weidinger — underline their sculptural aspects. Transience, as one of the main themes in Katharina Stiglitz’s work, can be found here reflected in the Vanitas motif of the mirrors.

Stiglitz’s spatial interventions could only be seen during the exhibition opening, after which they were documented in form of photographs.
